Available in person in Auckland, Hawkes Bay, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown.  If you are outside of these areas, we can schedule a remote service, where we courier you the parts you need ahead of the service and talk you through the process step by step via video call, as you complete the service at your end!

If you are experiencing a specific issue with your Snoo and its performance, please reach out.  We are usually able to diagnose and resolve the problem in person.  If additional parts and more time is required to complete than the standard service, we will quote prior to going ahead.  Additional parts and labour will be invoiced separately.
