How to download the Happiest Baby App

Happiest Baby removed their app from the New Zealand App Store and Play Store in January 2024, however some customers have recently been able to find the app again.  Try searching for it in the App or Play Store before following these instructions.

While this is frustrating, there are fairly simple workarounds for both iOS and Android!

These solutions are have worked well for all customers who have had to switch to this option of installing the app during their hire since January 2024.

Remember - the SNOO doesn’t have to be connected to the app to work, you can use it manually simply by using the button on the front.
