Hey there, valued customer! We want your shopping experience with us to be as comfy as your favourite PJs. That's why we offer a friendly and hassle-free returns policy. Here's the lowdown:
Returns - 30 Days to Decide You've got a generous 30 days from your purchase date to make up your mind. Feel free to return any unused items for exchange, or store credit – whatever suits your snoozing needs.
Condition Matters Just a quick heads-up: for us to accept your return, the item needs to be in tip-top shape, just like the day you received it. Unused, unworn, and don't forget the packaging – we'd love to see it in perfect condition.
Shipping Stuff While we're all about ease, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for those change-of-mind moments. You'll be in charge of postage both ways.
No Used Goods Unfortunately, we can't take back items that have seen some action. If it's been used, it's a no-go for returns. Obviously this doesn't apply to the SNOO bassinet and items that come with the hire package.
Consumer Guarantees Act You're in safe hands with us. We're committed to honouring our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act for sales made within New Zealand. Your satisfaction matters. Sales made to international customers fall outside of the CGA.
Faulty or Damaged Items - We've Got Your Back Sometimes, stuff happens. If you receive a product with a manufacturer's fault or any damage, don't worry. We're here to make things right. Our preferred fix is to replace the item, and we'll refund you only if a replacement isn't possible. Store credits are also on the table for those who want to keep snoozing with us. International sales fall outside of the CGA and therefore these terms do not apply. We recommend reaching out to us for the manufacturers details to contact regarding faulty products in this instance.
Wrongly Described? Faulty? Not Fit for Purpose? We'll sort it out! Our commitment to the Consumer Guarantees Act (for sales made to NZ based customers) means we've got your back if our products don't live up to their description, develop faults, or aren't fit for their intended purpose. Just reach out with details and even a photo or video if you can – we might be able to send you a replacement before you return the faulty item.
Electrical Items and Batteries Change of heart on electrical items or battery-powered ones? We'll offer you a STORE CREDIT ONLY. But remember, these items need to be back with us within 30 days.
Exceptions - What Can't Be Returned? Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are like the warmest blanket – once they're yours, they're yours. Unless there's a fault, we issue store credits for change-of-mind returns, not cash refunds. Return shipping? Yep, it's on you.
Exchanges - Swift and Simple If you're eyeing another item, the quickest way to make it yours is to return what you have, and once we accept the return, go ahead and make a separate purchase for your new must-have.
Refunds – A Few Details Here's the fine print: All refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee. If your item has already been shipped, we'll only issue a refund once it's back with us and inspected. We do not refund shipping fees.
Keep in the Loop We'll stay in touch – you'll hear from us once we've received and checked your return. If it's approved, your original payment method gets an automatic refund. Keep in mind, your bank or credit card company might take a bit to process and post the refund.
