Pricing

📅 Minimum Two-Week Hire: Kickstart your Snoo journey with a minimum two-week hire period. One week plus bond paid upfront ($479 or $489). This ensures you have uninterrupted access to Snoo's soothing benefits.

We have just introduced loyalty pricing tiers -

The first 4 weeks are $89/week
Week 5-8 is $79/week
Week 9+ is $69/week

Weekly hire is automatically charged to your card until your Snoo hire is cancelled.

If your little one is struggling with reflux, we have Snoo leg lifters available for hire at $30 (for the duration of the hire). We also offer Low Legs to hire if you'd prefer your Snoo lower to the ground, these are $50 for the duration of the hire, and Ergo Pouch Tuck Sheets as a safe extra blanket layer are $25 for the duration of your hire. If any of these are selected, the cost is simply deducted from your bond payment.

💰 Refundable Bond: We require a $400 bond/security deposit, held in our account. Rest assured, this deposit is refundable (less a $50 cleaning fee) once the Snoo and its accessories are returned to us and pass inspection. For complete details, check out our Ts&Cs.

Booking

Booking your Snoo is a breeze:

📆 Select Your Entire Hire Period: Choose the duration you intend to have your SNOO. This guarantees it's reserved exclusively for you during that time. If you select just the initial two-week hire period, your Snoo may become available for others after your booking ends.

🚫 No Long-Term Commitment: You're not locked into the full hire period. We charge your card on a weekly basis for the rental, and you can cancel anytime via email.

🔚 Hassle-Free Subscription Cancellation: Once your Snoo is scheduled for pick-up by the courier, we'll automatically pause your weekly subscription. Your subscription will be cancelled as soon as we have received the Snoo back and it has gone through its post-hire checks.

If you are a parent-to-be, we recommend booking your Snoo hire in advance to ensure one is available for your wee one's arrival.

Happiest Baby App

Happiest Baby recently started charging a subscription fee for their previously free app. The Snoo can absolutely still be used without the subscription, however if you wish to utilise some features such as motion limited or weaning mode, the subscription will be necessary.

We have added two options for hiring - with or without the app. Selecting "app included" will allow you access to the app for the duration of your hire, without having to worry about remembering to cancel it once you have returned the Snoo - leave that part to us!
